Cancellation Policy & Booking Flexibility
Given the impact and rapidly changing guidelines we have been adapting our cancellation policy. You can travel with ease and stress free. For guests making new individual reservations with stays today through April 30, 2020, we will allow those reservations to be changed or cancelled at no charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled arrival date. Guests with existing individual reservations now through April 30, 2020, including reservations with pre-paid rates and deposits we will allow you to change your arrival date up until December 31, 2020 or cancel as long as the change or cancellation is made by April 30, 0220. Since travel recommendations and guidelines are changing rapidly, we will continue to monitor and adjust our booking and cancellation policies as needed. If you made a reservation through a travel agent or online booking platform (e.g. Booking.com, Expedia) please contact them directly and you should refer to their terms and conditions.
Group & Meetings Bookings
We will work with you directly to manage any changes needed on a case by case basis. Our hotels are actively working to address the needs of each group, including postponing events to later this year. We recognize that the COVID-19 virus has required all of us to be more mindful as we go through our regular activities. Daily, our hotels are working to ensure that we meet the latest guidance and recommendations including these additional COVID-19 specific cleanliness protocols. Our hotels’ health and safety measures are designed to address a broad spectrum of cleanliness, including CODVID-19 recommendations, and cover everything from handwashing hygiene, cleaning product specifications, to guest rooms and continuing cleaning of common areas. We are closely monitoring updates by the CDC and local health authorities to ensure the actions we take are suitable for the evolving environment.

”The Quisby’s location, staff, cleanliness and amenities gave great value. Stay here if you want to get to the heart of New Orleans easily but don’t want the hassles. The 6-person dorm room I stayed in was clean, and I really liked having the shower/toilet, and sink, en suite (not shared by whole floor). Other roomies were courteous and quiet, and all the other guests were self-absorbed. Absolutely no hassles. Great!”
“Cleanest hostel ever! I really liked the rooms in this hostel as they were modern and clean and had an ensuite. The staff are friendly and the bar area is quite small but just the right size for meeting people. Location wise its about a 20-30 minute walk into the French Quarter which is fine in the daytime although I probably wouldnt have done it alone at night – get a Lyft or Uber! There are also a lot of bars around the location of the hostel and on Magazine street to check out.“

Not located in the center of the town (20 minutes walk) but the streetcar right across the street takes you there in a couple of minutes. A great ambiance, clean and confortable place, I’d stay here again with no doubt !”
