During Your Stay
We recognize that the COVID-19 virus has required all of us to be more mindful as we go through our regular activities. Daily, our hotels are working to ensure that we meet the latest guidance and recommendations including these additional COVID-19 specific cleanliness protocols. Our hotels’ health and safety measures are designed to address a broad spectrum of cleanliness, including CODVID-19 recommendations, and cover everything from hand-washing hygiene, cleaning product specifications, to guest rooms and continuing cleaning of common areas. We are closely monitoring updates by the CDC and local health authorities to ensure the actions we take are suitable for the evolving environment.
Cancellation Policy & Booking Flexibility
Given the impact and rapidly changing guidelines we have been adapting our cancellation policy. You can travel with ease and stress free. For guests making new individual reservations with stays today through April 30, 2020, we will allow those reservations to be changed or cancelled at no charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled arrival date. Guests with existing individual reservations now through April 30, 2020, including reservations with pre-paid rates and deposits we will allow you to change your arrival date up until December 31, 2020 or cancel as long as the change or cancellation is made by April 30, 0220. Since travel recommendations and guidelines are changing rapidly, we will continue to monitor and adjust our booking and cancellation policies as needed. If you made a reservation through a travel agent or online booking platform (e.g. Booking.com, Expedia) please contact them directly and you should refer to their terms and conditions.
